Refund & Return Policy
At DAILYBOX Tiffin Services, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and timely meals to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and issues may arise. This policy outlines our approach to order cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Order Cancellation
– Customers can cancel their order online through our website or app if the order was booked online, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
– Orders placed via phone or WhatsApp can be cancelled by contacting us directly at 9007026023, within the same time window.
– Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for refunds as meal preparation may have already started.
2. Refund Policy
– If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, the payment will be refunded or adjusted against future orders.
– In case of non-delivery due to an issue on our end (e.g., kitchen delays, delivery failure), you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement meal.
– For monthly subscriptions, skipped meals (if informed in advance) will be either:
– Carried forward to the next month, or
– Refunded at the rate of Rs. 75/- per meal, unless otherwise specified in your plan.
Refund Timeline for Online Orders:
– If the order was placed and paid for online, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
– The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
– If a refund to the original source is not possible, the customer must provide valid bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
3. No Return Policy
Since we deal in freshly prepared, perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the meal has been delivered.
However, if you face any issues related to food quality or service, please report them immediately.
We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
